This kent detangling brush is apt for short and medium length hairs.i have long hair and it did a fairly good job of detangling my long hair.the key to using this brush is that it should be used on wet hair and especially after applying a hair serum if your hair is long to reduce breakage.now i am looking forward to buying the bigger detangling brush meant for long hair.
