Excellent coffee with a great cause!It's often difficult to find a well preserved, fresh coffee that retains its natural flavor and aroma long after opening the bag. Over the years I've tried more coffees than I could ever count and this Bekama Organic is one of the best. Indeed, it is excellent coffee. It is expensive as a bag is only 8 oz but how can one put a price on a good coffee? The beans smell good, once ground the coffee smells good and the brewed coffee is superb. I use this system  Hario V60 Glass Coffee Dripper (Size 02, Red)  for making my coffee and follow the directions exactly, I was switching from using a French press to this dripper so was worried about losing taste. Instead I now have a neat method of dripping an excellent coffee to enjoy! BTW the filters are natural unbleached paper. I'll add that the coffee is from the original home of coffee, Ethiopia. It is fair trade and organic. Great coffee!!

I can't break down the flavor notes like a hipster coffee aficionado but I have had my share of great coffee, especially great coffee from Ethiopia, and I have to say that this is up there with the best Yirgacheffe I have had before.I have tried brewing it with french press and aeropress. I got the best result brewing it in a french press, course ground, water at 200 degrees and coffee to water ration of 1:14 or 1:15, depending on how deep you like the flavors, steeped no more than 4 minutes.Finally, you are not just drinking awesome coffee but you are also supporting a project that helps provide sustainable energy resource to the same growers that cultivated the coffee with product manufactured in the US. From where I stand, it is a win win situation for all involved.

***UPDATE*** I’ve already ordered 14 bags of this! I order a new one as soon as I get through half a bag. The only complaint I could possibly have about this coffee is that I wish I could order larger bags...I love this coffee! I don’t have to use sugar anymore. It tastes so good and not bitter like most coffee. Now I take it with me when I travel. Recently I had a friend ask me over for coffee. I brought my own and now she’s an addict too! It’s that good!

Was a little surprised when I got the bag that it was small in size. Was even more surprised at how great the coffee was. I consider myself somewhat of a coffee connoisseur and this coffee is excellent! You won’t be disappointed by the quality!

Great coffee! I really enjoyed the smoothness of the medium roast. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real organic taste.

The best flippin’ coffee out there…. Excellent beans with exceptional taste at a great price point!! The fact that it is organic, GMO-Free specialty coffee sourced directly from farmers at the birth place of coffee makes it even better!

Love this coffee! I just can never open the bag without a huge awkward tear.
