Best Value, Quick Shipping, Mice Favorite
I breed feeder mice for my Maine Coon, and crickets are their favorite! This product is the best price per volume, and I've always been pleased by the quality. My critters are healthy and active with thick glossy coats, which should mean they are full of feline nutrition! I also have much bigger litters, healthier babies, and far less baby mouse loss than professional breeders report, which I attribute mostly to the nutrition. Shipping is way quicker every time I place my order. I get it in two days even though it's not Prime, even when the ETA is a week away. Seller and product are excellent!

WOW! Crickets?
My birds love the freeze dried mealworms, so I decided to give the Crickets a try. They were hesitant when i first offered them, but then quickly realized these were yummy too! They don't smell as nice as the mealworms, but the birds love them. I suspect they don't care what they smell like :-)

Other bugs found mixed in
I ordered 5 pounds of crickets and upon inspecting the package, found multiple other bugs including cicadas and beetles. Even if these bugs are safe for my bearded dragon to eat, I’m worried about how they got in there. All in all, is this safe for my pet to consume or were these crickets kept in bad conditions which could cause my beardie to get sick? I’m weary about feeding her any, and the seller has not contacted me back. They also do smell pretty bad, worse than I expected.

Smell oily and of decay. Birds will not eat.
very unsatisfactory - package contents have smell of decay vice the popcorn smell of freeze dried crickets that amazon used to sell. Less than half are cricket bodies; there are with lots of insect parts dust. I have five kinds of birds and none will eat them as compared to freeze dried crickets that are gobbled up eagerly. When guinea hens and chickens won't eat an insect there is clearly something wrong. For our East African cranes, I put a scoop in a pan of water - birds won't touch them, a multicolored sheen develops - like something hydro carbon. Perhaps these crickets are killed by some kind of spray. I absolutely will not order these again.

Never knew crickets smell this atrocious.
Well, my girls are spoiled. I’ll just admit that up front. They don’t really seem to care for the crickets. They eat meal worms voraciously, but just pick (peck?) at the crickets..s
