Q: Where exactly do you wear this on your arm?

They advise to wear it at the bottom of your bicep. I’ve found this to be comfortable and gives good data, however I’m pretty sure it would be good anywhere on the arm.

Q: I want to monitor my sleep heart rate continuously for 8+ hours. Does it have the capabilities to do this? What mobile app should I use?

Hi.. I think in principle it will do it but I am not sure how long the battery will last in both the device and phone. While I imagine you can have the phone on a charger, the charging port for the device is a magnetic connector underneath the device (normally in contact with your skin). I would not recommend to go to sleep with an active cable in contact with you. Although 5 volts only this is not a medically rated power supply and is not safe. The battery on the device should last you 6 hours from full but after that I am not sure ... Hope it helps

Q: Hi. does this product work with 'ride with gps' app? thanks.

No idea but it didn't work with my rowing machine and it was supposed to be compatible. Also found it a bit temperamental and didn't always give correct results. Finished up with a chest monitor that is far more accurate and sent it back.

Q: Would this be just as acurate as a chest strap or am i better just getting the chest one, cheaper by £10.00

This drops beats as soon as you get in to zone 3. I thought it would be better than a chest strap but it’s not really
