for beginners and seniors
i dont think they will rust, and the material does not slip in your hands. i havent been able to use them yet, i am working up to it with lighter weights after injury. i believe weight training is very good for everyone, especially for women who have a weaker upper body by nature. i have a pair of 3 kg steel ones i bought which really looked showy, and just sitting in the shelves they began to rust, so i think the vinyl covered are better.

ok, so first and foremost, I was looking for a good quality dumbbells. Most on the net are filled with concrete and are very bad quality. THis is very good and has a good grip!

It’s been more than a year since i have been using them. The picture shows it all. They are in perfect condition. I love these. They look good too. The grip is awesome. Just go for it.
