they fill it with sand
This beet powder is cut with silicon dioxide (sand) to prevent caking. They put enough to alter the taste significantly (doesn't even taste like beet juice anymore when mixed with water) Worse, the powder is almost a vapor, and silicon dioxide is *extremely* toxic to inhale.Would never, ever buy this again.
