Matrix SoColor Cult Semi-Permanent Hair Colour, Red Hot, 118 ml, 884486379771

Use on 80 to 100% dry, clean hair, process up to 35 mins. The result is an almost zero damage slightly pink toned vivid red. I prefer a slightly more orange red so I mix about 1 third Orange Alert with 2 thirds Red Hot. Lasts 5 to 10 washes. As with all direct dyes you get some colour bleed when your hair is wet or washed, but I've never experienced any dry transfer with this. It does wash out of towels etc on a standard wash cycle. The creamy consisteny spreads well, but isn't too drippy, so not as messy as some. Great product.

Easy to apply although can be a bit runny. Recommend you use old towels. Colour is very vibrant and lasts well

I love this colour - I've tried a LOT of semi permanent hair dyes to top up between hairdresser visits, and this is the only one that is a proper red with no pink, and fades a lot slower. The picture shows how it looks over 2 weeks after putting on, and while it's still faded slightly it's still very bright. Normally by now it would be quite peach coloured.I've ordered another 3 to make sure I don't run out! As with all semi permanent reds it does run when you wash it - more so than the others - but it's well worth it. It also washes out of towels easily, and doesn't dye the bath / shower / sink.
