Edit: I ended up returning the computer due to software glitches.First off you need to do your research when you purchase something BEFORE you purchase it. This is on android 6.1 which is older and is no longer updated as per Lenovo’s update schedule for THEIR android tablets and it not updating is NOT the sellers fault, Lenovo made it the seller is just recycling it and trying to feed their family. You can upgrade it to 7.1.1 android if you are handy with fastboot and adb along with finding the correct flash files. I will not help with that sorry. I will say you need to boot into recovery and do a wipe before you set it up as I had to because of a keyboard bug where some keys were not typing the corresponding characters. Good as new afterwards. The tablet has been covered in a carbon fiber skin I rough cut to fit the outside. This works great for the main reasons I purchased it and has the bonus feature of lte connectivity. I recommend using a quality micro usb cable and charging block over the one sent and make sure it is 12v-2a. This is a phenomenal tablet especially for the 99 dollar price tag and 3rd party security software can be installed although I don’t recommend that I would suggest just not visiting questionable sites or downloading questionable file or using questionable apps. However if your judgement on those matters is questionable then download a 3rd party security software to negate user error.

No pen or pad so I returned and ordered another one from a different site and the new one I got the screen was much brighter and it came with a pen and pad.

Customer service is excellent, I purchased a Lenovo Yoga Book ( Android ) really good condition, unfortunately the tablet is not responding to any Android security updates , I decided to have it replaced, they don't hesitate to send me a replacement, but the replacement is not taking any Android updates at all. So I decided to return both of those Android devices. Again thanks for the support but I think the problem is that the Android version installed on the devices is really old , is not safe anymore. 😕

Faulty. It seems the tablet cannot handle the Windows operating system.

Charger does not charge the device. Was on the charger for over an hour, only got 2% charge. Once I got it turned on at 2% it has a dead line in the screen as seen in the picture.

Came with pen and paper pad and all accessories just like brand new.I had a yoga book 3 years ago and this one is just the same. I love the yoga book and recommend it to everyone.Great seller.

how can you send product like that claiming it's in excellent condition!!! Doesn't work pop up that wouldn't go away. All sticky on the back...

This tablet is perfect. It came just as if purchased at a store,pen, paper, charger the works. It is refurbished but looks untouched. I just spent the last three hours setting up my apps and more pleased then originally expected. You want a cool tablet? Buy this one.
