I was looking for any vitamins which i need to take as everyting in one tablet. Taste good, its seems that it will keep deliver all minerlas and vitamis. Very good small packages so its easy to take them to work.

Firstly these sounded brilliant but when I opened them the night time version smelt very chemically and tasted as such too. I took as per the directions but within an hour I started feeling off. Tingly mouth, skin went flush/itchy and felt very confused. I was having what felt like an allergic reaction and stopped as soon as I started. Not quite sure which of the ingredients I'm allergic too but think it might be the lemon Balm Leaf Extract or Melatonin. I have had the other minerals in the past with no issues.

They’re not bad but the tablets are very inconsistently filled which makes me question the effectiveness. I will buy again though because it’s the cheapest plant based multivitamin on here.

Got these for my partner and after three weeks of taking one every morning and one every evening he feels a lot better, more energised and I believe It strengthened his immune system. Will definitely be buying more.

It hasn't been a week since I have started using those vitamins and I can already feel energy boost! My sleep also improved. I highly recommend!
