Q: Does it looks like same as shown in photo as sometime the color used to be changed

It is exactly as it is in the photo, and good quality. Been wearing it for a few months. Very happy with it.

Q: What about the silver color...I mean if it got faded in just few days is there any warranty for it?

the silver color did not turn to black, i'm using from few months. no warranty, but its certified. No comments on certified. But i tested it too. I bought two in that one was pretty good and another was okay.

Q: Is the certificate along with is , is original ? If original then how can I identify it.?
