I loved the test. It was easy to buy on Amazon, easy to use, and results within 2 days of them receiving it. Clear and easy to read results. Other than the travel time it was all quick and painless. And any doubts i had about one child were erased. I am forever grateful that this exists. Thank you!

This test was extremely easy, provided great instructions, and accurate results. This was for our adopted daughter's biological father; whom we were already pretty sure he was her father due to his cousins showing up as our daughter's cousins on Ancestry. The test result said he was her biological father as we expected. The test took 5 business days to be shipped from Texas to the Ohio lab, and 4 business days for lab testing (though the instructions said 1-2 business days in lab). I got an email as soon as it was ready and then I was able to log into the website to see the results. Overall a great experience at a great price. Lab testing took longer than they said, but I honestly think 4 business days in a lab is not too bad at all for DNA testing.

My experience was good. This was my first time having to use this product. Hopefully I won't have to use this again. But if I do I definitely know where to go.

Make sure you read everything because customer service is absolutely rude. Had to confirm something regarding my test. I requested a contact from the online site, proceeded to receive an email that was disrespectful. I then called customer service to report the email and the service rep was again rude disrespectful and hung up on me. Just beware the test is great and effective, took 13 days to get results, but if you have to deal with any employees I don’t suggest this company.

Mine and my husband’s experience with this DNA test was amazing. It shipped in a timely manner, everything needed to do the test was with the kit. The instructions were easy to understand and follow. The results and report was personally emailed to me and easy to read and understand. We had no problems finding out everything we needed, and it felt great to know that no one could have doubts or questions after this test. I would absolutely give 5 stars to this product. Thanks

The process for the HomePaternity was outstanding. The process and detailed information on how it works made the situation very easy. I thoroughly was impressed with the timeline and the results. I would certainly recommend this process to anyone and would use the HomePaternity again for conformation.

Very easy instructions. It came with a USPS label, but I paid & sent via fedex I wanted to ensure that it would arrive within 2 days. Best $10 I’ve ever spent. It arrived on Tuesday & we received the results on Friday.I now have a new grandson 💜🤗
