I haven’t used the ankle attachments yet but I haven’t had any of the others squeak over the past month of use.

Am I missing something? I’ve connected the spout to make it a duster yet it’s only sucking in vacuum style and not blowing air?

Make sure you’re connecting the multifunctional air nozzle on the opposite side of the vacuum (THE FAN SIDE).

Can it be used while its plugged in?

Not sure. We sent ours back for a refund as the suction didn’t seem very strong. Also after scrolling thru reviews several were about other items, not the vacuum.
