Would this work to attach cane handle to a polycarbonate rigid tubing, 1" id x 1 1/4" od x 1/8" wall lexan hollow tube?

I don't know. The cane tubing, as you put the question, is hollow. Thus, i am assuming you are attaching the canes Hollow tubing to the rim of the coupler; which is not a whole lot of area for strength and for the coupler to adhere to. Perhaps, if you are going to put some filler of some sort into which the cane coupler can screw into, I don't know how you would make the coupler work. Sorry I cannot Steve's persistence. Carl

When installed into cane or walking stick, do the two cane parts screw together, or do they just slide together?

They slide together and finish off with three or four threads to hold both pieces tight together.

M10-1.5 M14-? Could determine the thread but they look prettysimilar

thread sizes of the portions that screw into the cane please?

The smaller end is M10 with a 1.5 thread. The other is M14 but I couldn’t check the thread. Both ends have “self tapping” capability.
