Cute skirt and very soft! Love the style, but waistband is definitely much smaller than expected. What I ordered was supposed to fit a 12 month old, but has a waist size of my daughter's 0-3 month skirts & shorts :(

DIY costume
Bought this tutu as part of my 18 month old daughter's homemade halloween pumpkin costume. Seems well made and the material is soft, not itchy or scratchy. She is a little under 25 pounds and it fit her perfectly. I like also that it comes with the bloomers attached.
