What temp do these get to? Is there are medication in it or is it strictly heat?

There's no medication as far as I know it's just heat. There's no smell to them either. They stick comfortably on the skin and stay warm for up to eight hours. They don't actually get hot. They just warm up rather like a padded hot water bottle next next to you.
