Very disappointed with these shoes

Not happy with this product at all! See attached photo of the rip on the toe! Only had these for 3 weeks and hardly worn them.Please arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Runs big size guide is not correct

Before I buy the shoes I checked the size guide which says UK 11 is 28.5-29 cm.But as seen on the photo it's 30 cm.That is 1.5 cm bigger than my usual size.Shoes are good but I should advice buy 1/2 size smaller.I hate the return process, refund etc.So I bought an insole -though it's still big- and try to use them this way.
