Can this be used for bathroom ceilings?

Hi, I don't see why not. I would use it in my bathroom. It's vinyl without the sheen and covers extremely well. I used it for ceilings in the living rooms nearly two years ago and it's still looking good.

Is this washable? Wipe marks off etc.?

If it's vinyl silk finish it's usually alright to wipe marks off like food , drink and general dirt marks.However in this case being vinyl matt finish it should be alright providing you wipe off the marks from food , drink and dirt soon after the marks are made and not left to ground in.

What's the difference between Dulux trade in sheen , or colour, with Dulux brilliant white matt paint

The sheen has a slightly glossy effect with the matt being none reflective. Whichever finish you choose It shouldn't make any difference to the actual colour or brilliance.

Is this pain waterproof and suitable for the bathroom

I would not recommend this paint to be used in a bathoom or kitchen. It is just a basic Matt, not washable and not moisture resitant.
