Running 33 On a stock height 2013 rubicon will these work?

I wouldn't, these are for a 1.5-3" lifted Jeep, you're on "Stock" ride height. I would recommend the Bistein 4600 "yellow" HD shocks for your setup.

Would these fit my NO LIFT STOCK Jeep Wrangler 2012 JK 2-door? If not which other stock replacement shocks would you recommend?

I think these are for a lifted Jeep. I had these installed on a JK with 2.5" lift that I traded for my current Jeep. Look for stock replacements for no lift.
