While I did pay a hefty chunk of money (1,900$) for this computer, I was still blown away - this was my first ever real "gaming desktop" (I have had gaming laptops in the past), and I was extremely impressed.Not only did it come with NO (I repeat NO) bloatware on it at all (besides like xbox live and such), it came with a great instruction manual which was high quality and the keyboard provided felt fantastic - however it can only cycle between 7 set colors and rainbow mode (press fn+color button). (I did not use the mouse as I already have the Logitech G502).I would totally buy from CYBERPOWERPC again in the future! Plus you can write a review and register your device for a free 10 dollar gift card and a mousepad! YEET!

Really good
At first I wasn't sure if I should trust this brand considering the fact I heard some bad things about their fans and coolers. My PC arrived with no flaws and is super quiet. I would totally recommend this to anyone especially if they can get it at the same price I got it at.

A excellent gaming pc- but not the fairest customer support.
I have had this PC for over 5 months now. I was really impressed with it; you won't need a stronger GPU for 1080p or VR gaming, and it even gets great fps at 1440p. I even had a fun time customizing it, adding in a M.2 drive and bigger SSD, both of which are easy to add/replace. Additionally it is really quiet even during hardcore gaming, which I loved about it.Sadly, on my unit, eventually the GPU it came with (a excellent black edition EVGA RTX) started artifacting, which pretty much means it was dying. This was a common issue in 2080 cards, so it is more Nvidia's fault than the PC manufacturer, but it is still a potential issue to consider before buying. While sending it to CyberPowerPC to replace it was actually hassle free, I was surprised when the replacement gpu they gave me was a different third party RTX 2080; it was a Gigabyte blower model that is incredibly loud and had pretty terrible reviews. Customer support told me the replacement cards vary, and they can replace the gpu for another RTX 2080, but cannot guarantee the brand or type.Having to send in the card to potentially get one just as bad is a real hassle, so I feel the customer service has disappointed me in this regard. Again, this is a excellent PC, but considering this experience, and with how common the artifacting issue is, you may want to really consider the risk before buying this pc.
