I went to use this today because my low tire alert went on-- The cord to inflate is cracked . I only used it 2-3 times and put in case after use! Totally useless!

Works well as a tire pump, but the hose tends to blow out; once a hole appears in the rubber, it can no longer hold pressure and is unrepairable. The hose has a braided cover but is just a short piece of rubber inside. Mine blew out after a few good uses, but since you want to store this away for an emergency, it's worthless if it's got a hole when you need it.

I like the size, price and features. I used the air pump maybe five times to pump up a standard car tire since July. (Now Jan 3) and the air hose has already blew out near the compressor. Im afraid to buy this item again for fear that the same thing will happen. Anyone else have any similar issues?

A great product, that performs as expected.

I bought it and never used it for few years. Finally, when I needed it I opened the box and the inflate cord is broken in 2 parts.

Seems pretty accurate. I pumped tires to 7 psi and checked with my ATV tire gauge. I pumped one tire to 10 psi.I took about 1 minute to pump the ATV tire from 4 psi to 7 psi.You plug it in, set the pressure you want, then turn on red switch. It pumps within 1 PSI over what the gauge reads.It does shut off eventually after it pumps up the tire.

I have used this a few times to top my tires off, however the one time I needed it for a slow leak, the hose has developed a hole and completely deflated the tire. Because of the pressure involved, I could not repair it. Not sure if it was the heat of my trunk or just poor quality materials, but this is not a reliable pump.Otherwise, it pumped well before it broke and was able to fill my tires, although a bit slowly.
