How long does the unit require to charge?

Does this come with the crevice tool that is shown in the photo of the woman on the stairs? The crevice tool is not listed in the discription.

What about battery life/run time?

I have yet to run out of battery power before I finish a job. Stairs took at least 15 mins. It is kind of small for stairs though. I use the small 6 inch attachment from my regular vacuum cleaner on it and that worked out well.

Suction is all but gone. I have only had it for 3 months and it's entirely useless. Other than emptying the dust compartment. anything else I can do?

Please be sure that the folded paper filter is cleaned. Dust particles get inside the material of that filter. The directions say to rinse it out with water, but I simply use another vacuum to suck out all the dust particles. The white paper filter is located where you open the vac to dump debris. There is a handle you can use to pull it out, but if the handle doesn't work, you can still get it out. HTH
