Love these! I bought them to replace the band a physical therapist gave me because the doctor atyle ones hurt and pinched my skin. These stay smooth and comfortable. I love the colors. Gradient resistence is effective and good for various workouts. Comes with a little draw string bag to keep your items together.

These bands really do help to give you a better work out! I work out at home so I needed something that would give me better results and these bands have been so helpful! You really feel the difference when you use them and as a plus I really love the color and feel great quality!

Love these bands!!! They are super soft as well and do not roll like others. These bands are very durable as well. Works well with both booty workouts and arm workouts, feel less strain on my arms with these over dumbbells. Cannot recommend these enough!! Also love the all pink color way!

I’m 5’2 and 105 pounds and have been using these bands for about a month just for simple toning exercises. The heaviest band snapped during simply squatting with it , leaving huge bruises on legs after only a month of casual use. Other than that they are cute and work well for travel , but doesn’t offer much resistance even at the heaviest weight . Not worth the price based on the durability in my experience with this product .
