Update:The company reached out to me after my original review (below) and offered a complete refund or a new item. I decided to give the squeegee another shot and asked them to send me another one. The new one works perfectly. When comparing the old one to the replacement, it turns out that the old one was assembled incorrectly. The blade was place backwards and was causing the issues I was having. Due to their great customer service and quality of the new product, I changed my rating to 5 stars. It works perfectly and looks great.Original 2 star Review:I bought this because of the many positive reviews and because it was not a cheap suction cup holder. It sucks. Leaves streaks and jutters when I use it. It gets 1 extra star because it looks nice but that's about all it's good for. I have a cheap Scotch-Brite one that works much much better.

Nice product. Helpful for keeping shower glass and tile clean. The unit comes with mounting hardware. You need to drill your tile to install the mount/holder for the squeegee. If you plan on doing this, be careful since tile can crack if you dont use a tile drill bit. It would be nice if the vendor supplied a press-on holder for the squeegee like the 3M Command hooks (e.g. Command Large Utility Hook, White, 3-Hooks, 6-Strips) or a suction cup hook.The squeegee itself is a stainless steel product with a durable rubber insert. It appears that you can remove the rubber when it ages but I am not sure you can buy a replacement. It may be more economical to buy a new squeegee. OTOH, this squeegee is pricey, being made of stainless steel.I think the 10" rubber blade is a bit too wide for a modest-sized shower (ours is 3' x 3'). I would prefer a 9" blade to get into corners and tight places. I think the handle is too short, 6.5". I would prefer 8". The handle being steel is slippery when wet so I added a rubber handle cover (Grip-Tek Black Buffed Contoured Foam Grips – NPVC Cushioned Foam Handle Grips for Lawn and Garden, Personal, and Sport Equipment – 4.875” Length, Fits Bar Diameter of 0.625”). This extended the handle length by a half inch, a good thing and made for a much more secure grip.I think it would be better to make the handle of hard plastic. The problem with steel is that it can bang into and scratch tile. Also steel is heavier than plastic, so it takes more effort than necessary to wipe down your shower. As to the angle of the handle to the blade, other reviewers have complained about it, but it seems pretty comfortable to me. I guess this is a personal preference item.I am now trialing a seven-dollar 9" squeegee from Lowe's with a 9" plastic handle. I like it better than the E-Prance model, although it most likely won't last as long. It's much lighter. But it's not perfect either since the handle is too flat to the blade. Before these two models, we had a 6" wide Quickie squeegee from Home Depot. The blade was not wide enough and it failed within two months.

Update 2024:Now at 5 stars…I did continue to use, and it became a favorite- maybe it just took some getting used to. Actually just had to replace it recently as the rubber edge finally started to show wear. Now feel bad I was initially negative!UPDATE:I changed my original review 2 to 4-star because the seller reached out to me, and asked me to try using it in an s-motion. I did, and find it still did not work that great for me. They issued a full refund, so I feel the SELLER deserves the 4 star rating.ORIGINAL:After using an old plastic cheaper squeegee for several years, I thought I'd upgrade to a nicer one with a better blade. Read the reviews and thought this could be the right one. Both my husband I used this a couple times on the shower doors, and neither of us liked it. It did not do as good a job as the old, cheaper one! Seemed harder to grip and the blade was too flexible too get a good smooth swipe in. I am returning this...for now the old one will do.

I purchased this shower squeegee in Mid July and by mid August I noticed that the glass of my shower had lots of water left on it requiring that I repeatedly go over areas to get it clean. After t hiking I was having a poor squeege technique change I looked at the squeegee more carefully and discovered that it was torn longitudinally right in the middle of the rubber blade at the junction of the handle and the blade.I went to the E-Prance web page and viewed the products they make and found this one listed and in the product description it says that the blade is replaceable. I emailed E-prance to see about purchasing a new blade, or obtaining one under some sort of warranty and was told that they do not sell replacement blades but would offer me a 30% discount on a new squeegee. NO THANKS

The handle has an bend in it angling the blade. The angle makes it awkward to nearly impossible to use down near the floor if the glass extends that far since your wrist can't bend far enough in that direction to compensate. Having the handle straight instead of angled would fix that problem (overhead the straight handle would work fine since your wrist can bend in the necessary direction to compensate). The handle is too short and unnecessarily heavy. The blade squeaks unlike many squeegees I've used. This was a disappointing purchase. It looks nice but performance and ergonomics were apparently ignored in the design process.
