WONDERFUL 'til the batteries die
they are WONDERFUL while they last but batteries wear out VERY fast.Blue version looks great at night but doesn't show up well by day in the rain.

Great while it works
Worked great for a year or so. Doesn't work anymore. I can hear the beeping from the battery pack, but it doesn't glow. Bummer

Battery Drains, even when Off
Bought two sets from their official website.We use them for a couple hours on Friday nights, and we make sure they're turned off, but the batteries are dead when we try to use them a week later.Happens every time, fresh batteries, and both of them do the same thing. 👎

Defective product. Website disappeared too.
As a product to enhance biker's visibility, this is a great product. Easily visible and can flash as well as be continuously on. I suspect rain water got into the electronics container and corroded one of my Eveready batteries, and the corrosion went into container. May be the battery's fault instead of rainwater. However, I suspect its engineering can be improved by making sure water does not drain into electronics container.Fortunately, product continues to work fine. Will write more on this after further trial.11-26-2013-- after 1.5 years of non-use.Product work good. Upgrade 1 star. The biggest problem with this product is it is not possible to easily determine whether the light is turned on in daylight or not, as light is faint. This chews up a lot of battery power. As result, requently, at night, doesn't turn on, due to dead batteries. Needs a switch that clearly indicates whether on or off.12-21-2013-- product is defective. Emits a high pitched tone when turned off, and this tone eats batteries. [...] is not an operational website--this should say enough. Downgrade to 1 star. What a waste of my time!

Cheaply Made; Awful Customer Service
I really liked my bike glow... when it worked. Bought one for a friend too. Both stopped working in a month or two. Wiring issues. Had an electrician friend look at mine; if you put the batteries in the incorrect way, you can short the circuit. I think my friend just has a loose wire though.Tried to contact customer support several times. No response. This would be a great product if it wasn't so cheaply made. I believe there was a warranty on it too. Don't waste your money.
