SuperMan/SuperGirl (Man Of Steel Style) 3D Stainless Steel Petite Pendant w/Leather Style Necklace

The design is nice, based off the Superman logo from the Man of Steel movie, but the pendant looks like a cheap piece of chrome painted costume jewellery. It is NOT made of stainless steel as described. Close inspection of the pendant confirmed my suspicions. It looks like die cast zinc or tin that's been chrome plated. The seller needs to update the product description.

Really great pendant with incredible detail. I was looking for a keychain Superman symbol to act as a zipper pull for my jacket, and was hoping to find one with the new stylized symbol from the Snyder/Nolan MoS movie. I think this is definitely the best (if not only) one out there. What's really great about it is that not only is it 'raised' on the front of the symbol (like how it is in the movie), but on the back of the pendant it's also 'depressed'. That is, it's not completely flat on the back, which to me shows that this is quality design.It is small, but the dimensions are clearly given in the pictures so you know what you're getting when you view it. I can see how some people might want something a bit larger, but I was looking for something smaller and this is perfect! The 'leather style necklace' seems to be more of an add on rather than something you would actually use, I would suggest just taking the pendant off it and using a metal chain if you were going to wear this as a necklace. Shipping was fast and actually ahead of schedule. I would most certainly recommend to anyone on the fence about it, and with the discount sale going on it's an absolute steel!

I just got the necklace in the mail today and the weight of the pendant is nice very sturdy and durable and the black rope necklace is nice as well. I think the necklace will fit his neck but if not I can buy a longer one. I am very happy with the purchase thus far, only time and wear will give it the true test of time as far as durability and tarnishing goes, but as mention right out the box it is perfect and it goes with the bracelet and ring set I bought! He will be superman-d out for his birthday.

Alright, so the pendant obviously looks bigger in the picture than it does it real life. The pendant is not that small, but it doesn't look as big as it does in the pictures. I'm satisfied with the size, but I'm not really happy with the accompanying leather necklace. It's too small for me and I want to be able to see the pendant myself whilst wearing it. Other than that, this is a good buy in my book. Going to browse Amazon for a chain pendant that is much long that will work for this.

Bought this on a whim and am so glad that I did. It is absolutely stunning; a beautiful piece of jewelry. People have posted in some reviews that the pendant is small, to me it is no smaller than any other charm or gem or pendant found on most chains and necklaces. Granted, if you are into big, gaudy charms and chains to hang around your neck, then no, this is not the piece of jewelry for you. But if you are looking for something stylish, eye-catching, and reasonably priced; then you should definitely buy this. I like it so much I am buying another one!Only con: The hook and eye fastening isn't the best, but the pendant itself could easily be put on another sturdier chain.

This is a definite must-have for any fan of Superman comics or films. The pendant has a lovely sheen, and the stainless steel should make it less likely to tarnish. The black leather chain offsets the pendants shine and color perfectly. But best of all is the pendant's sleek 3-D design. It's very unique and is identical to the new film emblem. I highly recommend it!

I just received this "Super" item in the mail the other day. Well I can tell you the detail is INCREDIBLE but you also need to be aware this piece is much smaller than you imagine it should be. I would say it's about the size of a small key chain or pendent. While the dimensions are 1.5 ACROSS, the height is about half an inch. For what it is though, it is an exceptionally impressive piece that looks great hung up somewhere. The leather "chain" it comes with is pretty thin, I would suggest getting yourself a metal chain or something more durable if you intend to wear this around your neck.The way the light hits the bevels on this beautiful sculpted treasure is just dazzling. If you just want to have your own little (I do mean little) "S" shield to display and wow your friends, then this beauty is worth the money. I'm very happy with my purchase, even though the items was much smaller than I expected (the photos can be deceiving but that is not the seller's fault - it is a well made piece).It is a MUST HAVE for any Man of Steel fan who digs the new stylized "S" shield as much as I do. Snag one while it's on sale, you won't be sorry!
