Is this a preservative

I am a Chemist who works in cosmetic industry & I can assure you Glycerine is not preservative at all! This is a widely held misconception.

Is this suitable to use in home made bubble mixture?

Yes, that’s what I got it for. I would leave it overnight with washing up liquid And water as the bubbles are much stronger by doing that. Good luck

What mixture is the product, 50/50, 60/40 or 70/30?

100% VG, hence Vegetable Glycerin. Not a pre-mixed base of vg and pg. What it says on the tin.
