Amika Perk Up Ultra Oil Control Dry Shampoo

My wife purchased this product and used two cans. First can was fine but the second can came and she used it twice and on the third time she noticed it was incredibly emptied. She normally purchases it from Ulta and the product has never been like this. So, we are worried to continue to purchase it through Amazon. She loves the product and thinks it is phenomenal but when you pay almost 50$ for something you expect to get the whole can.

The can feels full but nothing comes out when I try to spray it. This product is amazing when the can isn’t defective! This cost too much money to be defective!
