Chair is great. Easy to assemble. The only thing I was annoyed with is the quality of service from best salon. They reatched out to me to let me know that the color I wanted was not available. I let them know that I would take a different color. However the other color had quite a price difference. I have reached out to them a few times times now, and I have no response. I have yet to get a refund.

Excellent chair!!
I'm a at-home barber and needed a comfortable chair for my clients....this chair really fits the bill...thick padding makes their experience with me more comfortable and relaxing!!

I broke a pervious salon chair so I've been looking everywhere for a replacement. This chair was inexpensive and stylish. My clients love it!

Some of the screws for the chair didn't fit so i had to improvise and not put it in. It's a terrible chair and i recommend finding a better one!

The screws that screw the arms in the chair aren't long enough had to go buy longer screws to fix it but now it's good

plastic cylinder cover arrived broken also upon completion of building this chair, I notice the hydraulic system operates upside down, which will not work for me, I cannot bend over and pull up on the foot pedal every time I want the chair to go up or down. I have contacted this seller and asked for a new hydraulic system

It's a great chair!
I recently got my cosmetology license and plan on only doing hair for family and friends and this chair was just what I needed. Yes, there is a strong odor to the fabric when you first get it, I let it air out in the garage for a few days before assembling. Shipping was very fast, I received the chair in 3 business days, not bad! My only annoyance for not giving 5 stars is that just hours (like 4) after ordering my chair, the price dropped from $93 to $79. That's just weird. But the chair is comfy, had my 1st service using the new chair last night and my guest loved it. Easy to assemble following the picture instructions and light enough to move around your house if needed...it's a great chair!
