Nice
I have bought complete set of Gold Gymnastic Drills (first bought Beam and Floor, then decided to buy Bars and Vault too). All videos are great and helpful for coaching beginner gymnasts. There are many nice tips and pointers for drills and conditioning, every drill is explained progressively, step-by-step, moving from simpler forms to complete complex forms (you just have to watch and listen good, and definitely re-play every video in slow motion and/or several times).These DVDs show limited set of drills, but Amanda Borden explains them quite well - better than many others.DVD 1 chapters - Bars:01 - Body Position02 - Casting03 - Glides - Glide Kips04 - Front Hip Circle05 - Shoot Throughs06 - Squat On07 - Underswings08 - Tap Swing09 - Flyaway10 - Clear Hip Circle11 - Baby Giant12 - Full Giant Circle13 - Straddle Back14 - PirouettesDVD 2 chapters - Beam:01 - Beam Complex02 - Balance Fundamentals03 - Handstands04 - Jump Drills05 - Leap Drills06 - Turn Drills07 - Cartwheel08 - Level 6 Skills09 - Beam Tumbling10 - Back Handspring11 - Connected Series12 - Dismount SeriesDVD 3 chapters - Floor:01 - Floor Complex02 - Back Extension Roll03 - Front Limber04 - Round Offs05 - Back Handspring06 - Flipping07 - Tumbling Drills08 - Twisting09 - Front TumblingDVD 4 chapters - Vault:01 - Plyometric Drills02 - Speed Drills03 - Running Drills04 - Hurdles05 - Board Position06 - Heel Drive07 - Blocking08 - Tsukahara Vault09 - Yerchenko VaultI would recommend these DVDs for coaches and young gymnasts.

THEY'RE SENDING OUT PAPER THIN CHEAP BROKEN DISKS!!!
I received the disk, opened the box and it was broken / cracked all the way across. The disk seemed to be a non-standard thickness - it's paper thin. I suspect that's why it was broken. I contacted Amazon and they sent me another. (Amazon really is great!) This one too was already broken when I opened the box and again, it's a noticeably thinner disk. The middle ring that normally holds the disk in was what was broken the second time around. There is absolutely no way that whomever put the disk in the disk box didn't notice that. They're shipping out broken disks!!! I am so frustrated, I don't even want to try this again. I am 100% certain this could be a great product if there actually was a product to watch. There's not. Try something else.

Good and organised
It's good. Shows you how to teach basics of beam stance and turns and some elements from beginner to intermediate skills. Nothing about leaps and jump splits! But in general it could be a reference for organising your training program.

Gold Medal Gymnastics
My 8 year old daughter just started gymnastics classes 3 months ago. She loves it and practices it every moment she can. We have Amanda Borden's Floor and Beam Drills DVD. She loves watching it and how to do the drills properly with helpful advice from Amanda Borden. We are planning to get the bar and vault ones in the near future.

Arrived Broken
Our disk also arrived broken. I had it sent overnight so it would arrive in time to be given along with a balance beam for my daughter's birthday. Seems like it would have been helpful and challenging. Disappointed!
