En total demasiado caro
El producto es un theraband y nada mas. Pero los costes de transporte son exorbitantes! Casi 18 euros para 200 gramos es robo!

Excelente producto para rehabilitación y entrenamiento de fuerza.
Adquirí este producto para realizar algunos ejercicios de rehabilitación para mi hombro, pero me ha servido muy bien para realizar flys de pechoy espalda, así como para trabajar biceps y triceps. Si se usa adecuadamente se pueden hacer lounges y un ejercicio equivalente a levantar la barra. EN mi caso corté una tira de 1.6m y doblándola en dos me da la resistencia suficiente para realizar algunos ejercicos. Cuando no es posible ir al gimnacio, representa una excelente alternativa.

Great product but insufficient infromation.
Great theraband but not sufficient information has been posted that multiple quantities will increase the length of theraband. I got a short band as I gave quantity as 1.
