Q: Do the included caps work with the stock model 3/Y bolts?

It does come with all the hardware you need, including caps, however, the bolts that came with it did not fit on my Model 3. This comes with washers on which the caps snap, so any bolt that fits the hole will work with the frame . This is a very nice product. For the $$.

Q: Does this include gromets?

It comes with washers and caps that cover the screws.
