first impression
if you have not got ice machine built in then this will do the job...though smaller ice cubes then a built in fridge type they cool drink quicker. The water dispenser is good too but diminishes supply of water if not fully plumbed in. For a family of 4 probably on a very hot day may not produce as quickly enough as you use it but save ice you don't use in a bag rather then letting it melt ...can be a bit noisy ...I would like to have seen a built in timer so it can go off at night and start up auto' at required time and a larger storage for ice but overall happy with it.

Excellent Ice Dispenser, shame it doesn’t chill the water. We use it 24/7, and have become waterholes.

Rubbish product and company
Lasted one day and broke. Company NOT helpful with return, and took ages and lots of chasing them before we got our refund. Definitely wouldn’t recommend product or company

Awful
Leaks water everywhere. Water produced is hotter than room temperature. Yuk! Ice making is hit and (normally) miss. Stay away! Would have given zero.
