It worked for a few months then it stopped working, I thought it was the remote I changed the battery then ordered a new remote still nothing. I called Jadoo rep he stated since I bought it from Amazon they can't help me, I said would I have received a different product had I bought it from you guys he said no but still couldn't help as that was their policy. That is just no acceptable, Jadoo should stand by its product no matter where it is bought from. Will not recommend Jadoo products.

Channel selections are one I have never heard of. If you want to waste your money buy this product. Total waste of money. When I posted a review for my purchase on jadoo website I got an email saying this review is not complete of information and therefore we will delete it. They just didnt like what i had to say. What a SCAM. Has more features but found it harder to install. Have to use a HDMI cable communicate with the tv

I bought this jadoo box for my parents so they dont have to browse through and can easily watch indo-pak channels, shows and dramas. All of a sudden everything stopped working and the image of the message it showed is attached. I reset the box to factory default and tried again; nothing worked; so seems like i just paid 150$ for a box which shows absolutely nothing. I dont know whom to contact and get my money back as their customer service is just terrible.

The description said this device is ready to be registered under a new user, however I could not register under my user and Jadoo support say this can't be done unless original owner signs out. How is this possible when it was out for sale.

I received it after a week time (on 24th July 2019) and till today (29th July 2019) it's working fine with me. I am using it in Middleeast.

I like his sports and live tv . It's ultra HDVideo. We love this box. Mostly l use forCricket.
