is the PINK version of the scissors hot pink or light pink?

The scissors are bright pink as opposed to a light pink - not especially hot colour wise. Vibrant enough for my 3-4yo who loves the colour pink!

Are these suitable for cutting felt?

I would think that the felt would have to be thin as they are just a good kids scissor.
