This is NOT Barbara O’Neill. This is an author posing as her. How this is allowed to be sold is beyond me.

Easy to read and understand.
This book is so full of remedies, i`ll be looking at it for years.

Excellent books in one good value for money.
Loving this book as I am aiming to have natural home remedies for bites that get infected etc and avoid antibiotics, analgesics which carry so many side affects. Also the recipes are great.

Not Barbara
This is not a Barbara O Neil book...it mentions Yoga and Meditation as therapy tools i know a Christian woman would never endorse these practices as these are New Age practices and not biblical. The biblical meaning of meditation is to mutter out aloud, ponder or reflect upon some thing ...emptying your mind is dangerous as I well know as an ex new age practitioner.
