Liked the history the book presented. Would have loved to see more about the transition to modern day ice making.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend who's family was in the ice business. I think she will like it.

This is a wonderful book that shares both a fascinating story and places our current technology in focus. Every kid who complains about having to eat frozen fish sticks for dinner should be made to read this--or no dessert!
