Exactly what I was looking for. This turned my polycom phone into one where I can use 2 headsets, a wired and a wireless headset. I called Polycom and they had no solutions so took a chance on this product and it worked! Reception was great too.

I ordered 2 , one is not working

Works the way it should. This also makes it a possibility to use a headset like used in call centers for two phones through the headset jacks. Please note this Jack is smaller than a phone jack from a wall and can only be used with wired phone headsets.

Wrong size for U.S. outlets.

Forget the bad reviews. This is a special adapter for newer phones that use a smaller RJ9 plug. Older phones have an RJ11 plug. I've been using this splitter to train new staff in my office on a Polycom phone and couldn't be happier.
