Got nothing bad to say about this rod absolutely brilliant perfect for light lure fishing for perch and pike very light and very well made

Nice light rod for small streams lakes and rivers whilst targeting smaller species. Well built and handles nicely, but to be honest is a bit too short and floppy for serious lure work. It would be ideal for a youngster or a beginner though.

Pulled 6.5kg pike on 50g lure without hassle

Great little rod for the price. I'll be using it to throw small lures for perch and trout, it could also handle a pike if it had to through. The money seems to have gone on a dcnt blank as the handle is a little basic. That's to be expected and doesn't count against it. I would personally like slightly less bulbous, smaller and sturdier eyes like you usually get on a casting rod but I'm sure these will do fine. I've bent it double and it doesn't snap, it also has plenty of power towards the back end for the bigger fish. You won't exactly be able to horse them but you can certainly tame them with it.Further I would point out that it's rather difficult to find a casting lure rod that will throw a 5g lure ao this is a gem of a ind overall. Four stars for the eyes not being exactly to my liking but would certainly recommend.
