Louisville Ladder 16' Aluminum Extension Ladder

Overall not a bad ladder. It's fairly sturdy and has good grips on the feet. It's light and easy to maneuver around. It was a bit weird getting the plastic rung lock mechanism (hard plastic) to work the first time but I got it worked out. Probably not something I'd leave exposed to the elements as with any other ladder. I'm sure the sun would eventually cause it to deteriorate. Overall it was one of the cheaper options on Amazon and it worked out pretty well.

I have a 24 ft. extension ladder, but it is heavy and bulky to move around. This 16 ft. extension ladder is just what I needed for most of my work around the house. It is light and easy to move around, but it can shift easily when you are climbing it, so I put anti-slip tape on the top rung. When I prune trees, I fasten the ladder to the tree trunk or a large limb with bungee cords to make it more stable.

So glad I bought this reasonably priced ladder. Now in my 60s, my old, heavy and unwieldy extension ladder has become a real pain to utilize. At a maximum of 16 feet, this ladder will reach many of the the parts of my house and property that need attention. Should have made this purchase 10 years ago.

This ladder works for my purpose but I’m 5’2 and 140 lbs. the steps are pretty small and I’m not sure how a larger person would feel using such narrow steps.

It really didn't reach up 16 foot. it contained two 8' sections that only reached about 14' fully extended

Talk about a good deal. The only catch is: you better be a slim guy like me. Not meant for plus size people. So I got up to the gutter to see it was clogged and I took care of business. So happy I could get the job done for $115. Next up is algae on the siding.

Purchased this Louisville ladder from a third party dealer through Amazon and it shipped near immediately. received it when promised and in perfect condition. This extension ladder is well constructed and well worth the money I spent on it. I highly recommend this ladder.

Gutter cleaning is what I bought this for. Lightweight and very easy to move. Great value for your money. Ladies can move it around without any problems.
