I don't cook a lot and I don't have a dishwasher but I do feed my dogs a raw diet. So, when I am preparing their meals, there is raw meat that has to be cut up. I know that wood and or plastic cutting boards harbor germs. You can never get them sanitized. I have someone in this house that is chemotherapy compromised and I have their safety in my mind always.I lay newspapers on the counter, pull out the size of cutting board I need and go to work. When I clean up, I roll the mess up into the papers and take it to the trash. My clean up is easy and my mind is on sanitizing the knives. I love these!

Love using these disposable cutting boards as I don’t have to worry about having a cross contamination ever. Love using it while traveling in our Motorhome as well.

I use these all the time to prep meats for BBQ. I like that you can cut them to the size you need and don’t waste material like the precut sizes do.

Yes, like most people, I have a plethora of various cutting boards. But I also buy beef and pork in bulk to cut into chops and freeze and hated trying to get the boards cleaned to my satisfaction. Needless to say I love being able to use these sheets and then toss them afterwards. Sturdy and no more worry about cross contamination etc.

This stuff is really cool! I have used it to cut up chicken so far. It’s so nice to just wrap it all up and throw it away when done. I don’t have to worry about scrubbing away potentially deadly bacteria in the sink or dishwasher. Even though I keep things as clean as possible, one can’t be perfect. Sometimes the water splashes around in the sink for ex. depending if I need to rinse the cutting board before putting in dishwasher. Now I can avoid all of that. First time use (or always) I recommend putting a cutting board under this and then tossing the board in the dishwasher when done. Don’t cut repeatedly in the same spot. I accidentally cut through it the first time I used it bc of that. That’s also why I recommend the cutting board under- neath. Until you’re used to the material. It is durable for sure but it can only take so much slicing in the same spot. Move the meat around while you’re cleaning it if you need to. This would be excellent for people who fillet fresh fish!!! It’s great stuff! So happy that I found it!!
