I LOVE the mirror but lots of reflections from my dash
Update: Changed to five stars because of the top notch customer service from Helen she's the best representative that I've ever ran into from any seller here on Amazon! They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Not concerning the mirror it works perfectly fine but in my older vehicle. I get a lot of vibration so I modified the bracket that attaches to the windshield mount to stop some of that vibration in case anyone here was suffering from the same thing. Maybe my minor modifications to the aftermarket bracket could help those who was having any type of shaking or vibration issues with theirs. I would add pictures to show what I did to help make the backplate more solid with the mirror. Cushion size is 4"x 1¾ so you don't block the vents on the mirror 👍🏽Also concerning my statement about the reflections from the dash cam mirror, that comes from the mirror being on the rearview & back away from the windshield so any sunlight will show on the camera lens. But at dusk and night time it looks perfectly clear! The mirror is nice & video quality is really clear using 4k which is why I have it 3 stars. But... The mirror shakes wait to much compared to my other wide mirror I previously had install with spring loaded clamps (not rubber straps) that open up to grab on to the rearview that never shook like this does!! Not very happy with this product which I thought would be much better than my little 2.5k dash can I had on my windshield. Now I'm pissed I removed it in order to install this one that I'm most likely going to return for to the shaking and the glare in the day time. What's bugging me the most is my other inexpensive dash cam never showed any glare whatsoever and work perfectly fine at night with my headlights. So I think I'll probably just invest in a touch screen windshield mounted dash cam instead of mirror mounted one like this tbh.Whoever actually likes this and it works great for them so be it but for me it's a NO!Edit: So concerning the cheaper dash cam I had mounted I realize it was right up against the windshield and not as far back as the rear view mirror mounted one I have now. So that's the main reason why the windshield mounted cameras will have less reflections. But I must admit I don't think I'll be returning this camera after having it for the lady few weeks or has grown on me and I'm already accustomed to it.Now onto to the slight shaking\vibrating for the mirror which ends up on the videos we record. I will be adding the windshield mount for the camera and no longer use the rubber straps so I can have perfectly clear videos from now on.Here's the part that I'm referring to in case someone else is interested in getting one→→https://a.co/d/bTwHOHk

Worth..It..All
Believe me when I tell you, I’ve searched a very long time for a dash cam that checked all my boxes and then this came along. Also believe me when I tell you, I’ve tried quite a few brands and ended up returning most of them. So much time and money wasted. But this one is worth every penny. The quality, the user-friendly set up, everything is amazing. It has great features built in on top of being a dash cam. Features like lane change assistance and anti-collision verbal alert are such an invaluable bonus. I also recommend getting the rear camera set up (sold separately) that has a generous length cord to reach the back. And since my SUV is kinda long, I also bought the additional extension cord to make sure I had a long enough line to reach the back plus a little extra, just in case I run into some unexpected difficulties with where I place the camera. You should know, too, that this rear camera also does double duty. It serves as a rear “dash cam” as well as a back-up camera (my Jeep didn’t have a back-up cam built in, so this cam was absolutely perfect for me). What’s even better is that this rear-view mirror / dash-cam / back-up camera / rear “dash cam” / driving assistance device, is also controlled by voice-command. In other words, you can verbally command it to change views, from showing the forward dash cam view to showing the rear dash cam view and you can even have a split-screen view of the front and the back! And check this out, when the active dash cam view goes to sleep (either by timing out or by manually putting the live view to sleep), it acts and looks like a standard rear-view mirror, which is pretty handy if you don’t have the rear cam set-up. But, to clarify, even if the live dash cam view goes to sleep, it’s still recording your driving session. Plus, this device also connects to an app in your smart phone so you can watch and download your selected recorded sessions, and a couple of other things. However, the greatest feature of all - their customer service. Top notch. Not gonna lie, I had some minor technical difficulties after setting it up (the voice-command function wasn't responding as well as it should), so I reached out to their customer support (via email) to see if they can help me trouble-shoot the camera and fix the issue. Within 24 hours (I think even less than that), I got a response back from one Ms. Jenny, who was so amazing and so helpful, with tips to help me hopefully fix the problem. So, I did try everything she suggested but the remedy didn’t last long, so I wrote back to her, letting her know what happened. And before I knew it, a replacement was on its way to me. No hassles, no interrogations, no tedious steps to complete in order to get a replacement. I am floored. Buy it already! Trust me, coming from a guy like me, who’s pretty hard to impress… I am absolutely impressed.
