Gorgeous sketchbook. The paper has a lovely slightly textured surface. It lays flat. They dream to work with and for the price I think it’s an amazing deal. I think I paid about £15. Very nice solid hardcover and the strap and ribbon are a great helpful addition. I know it says what colour but it takes other materials really well like fine liners, coloured pencils, acrylic, markers, gouache etc.

I love this sketchbook, the paper is lovely for painting on with watercolour, it handles a lot of water really well considering the pages aren’t that thick, they do buckle a little but it’s not a problem, it’s perfect for practicing my skills with watercolour. I like the portrait orientation, I just wish they made a larger size as A5 is a little on the small side.

Great quality paper and small enough to take in your bag or pocket. x

Picture samples are showing page size and various mediums used on the pages. Good quality.Using. Pencils, graphite , acrylics , watercolours, gouache and pen & ink. So very versatile. My only gripe which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, is that pages haven’t got a tear strip, so you have to be really careful if you do want to take a page out. But that’s my only negative, in the main it’s a lovely book for all artwork

I've been looking for so long for a portrait format sketchbook with great paper for watercolor and ink washes. This is the perfect book for someone who uses all sort of media like me. The first unit I ordered was defective, but the seller sent me another one free of charge. I will definitely buy this product again, especially from this seller!

I have used different brands as watercolor and gouache sketchbook and I found this one turns out well for my practice. I think this is the best in 200g sketchbooks.

The quality of the paper is exactly what I wanted however I have yet to try it. This has been recommended so hopefully it'll turn out good when I paint.

Provides good quality paper in a compact size for watercolour sketches on the move. My only concern is that the first sample I received had to be returned because some pages were not bound in properly. Disappointing quality control from the manufacturer. My advice would be to get it out of the shrink-wrap as soon as it arrives and check the binding.
