I saw this kit online and couldn't resist wanting to give it a try. I wanted to add these to my holiday goodies that I give out and I'm so happy I did. This is very easy to use. It came with a skimmer, a thermometer, a sugar duster, and attachments. The kit was so thoughtfully and beautifully put together and the items are fantastic quality. The directions were clear and the recipes delicious. This kit would also make a terrific gift. The value for what you receive is outstanding. Give it a try, it won't disappoint.

The media could not be loaded. We used the classic rosettes recipe, and overall things turned out pretty great!The instructions were clear. I didn't need to watch the video to understand how to use this kit. That said, it is a good resource to include for anyone who is a visual learner.The materials provided were useful; I already had a skimmer spoon, but this one was of comparable quality. I most appreciated the rosette iron handle, 3 iron options, and deep-fry thermometer as I did not have any of these previously.When I was ready to make the wafflettes, I didn't realize that I'd need to add chilling time so we ended up eating them later in the day than anticipated.I was able to make over 30 decent looking wafflettes plus a half tray of less appealing wafflettes, so the estimated serving size noted in the recipe card is accurate. The only downside is that it took longer than anticipated (1 hour 45 minutes) to make the wafflettes since you can only make one at a time. Fortunately, they were a tasty treat! They freeze and reheat well too!

This rosette kit is wonderful. I made rosettes for the first time using this kit and they were amazing! It included everything I needed!

Made them the other day and everything worked like it was supposed to. No problems as long as you follow instructions. I didn't really care for the taste of the cookies even though others did. Adding powdered sugar just before serving helped a bit. I think I'll look for a different recipe before making them again. They were pretty though.
