I live in San Francisco and I love hiking. Since I am overweight, so I have problems with my knees especially when I walked down the hills. My knees are hurt and I need to wait for a few weeks til it feels fine. But my neighbour suggest me to take it and I had it for a month now. I don't have much worry now that I kept ruining my knees before I turn old cause I am just 28! Thank to this product. Now, I can hike up and down without hurting my precious knees.
