Utter rubbish. Even hanging this out of a second floor window, it doesn't pick up any TV channels. Best I managed was a couple of poor quality radio channels.A complete waste of money.

I was a bit skepitical on what results this would achieve - especiallu when I saw that it was not powered.Needless to say I eas totally wrong. My first attempt at tuning only picked up 53 channels. ( I had it sitting upright like a wine glass.) I then retuned with it on its side. - The magnetic base will let you do this. I didn't have any metal close by so it's just sitting on the mantel piece as if it was knocked over.Result - 153 channels and perfect reception on all the ones I looked at - no pixelation or choppy audio.Really impressed with how good this is.Fantastic to pick it up for a discount on Amazon Prime Day, so great value. Even good value at full price.

A bit hit and miss when it comes to signal reception, don’t plug this in and expect good reception, depends where you are using it, looks and feels well made but the jury is out on overall performance.

Facing my local transmitter high on windowsill, unable to get a single digital channel, will continue with my internet freeview- don’t bother with this, prime conditions here and doesn’t work at all

The wind outside kept making the picture go out no matter what I did couldn’t get it to work
