So much better than just gluten free. Good texture, nice fiber content. Leaves you feeling full like lentils do, rather than the kind of bloated way typical pasta does. This is our second big box. We eat pasta now once every week or two. So psyched to have it back on the menu! Love it!

I cannot tell them from wheat noodles. We have tried so many alternative noodles over the few years that did not taste good at all. It is great to see so many companies coming up with good recipes.
