can you spray this over makeup?

I have never tried to use it over makeup, but I’m thinking it could possibly work as a makeup setting spray. I use it as the first thing after I wash my face, and I really like it. Nice hydration!

Hello, I am not seeing any percentage on the package or on the Amazon ad. It is toward the bottom of the ingredients list so probably not a high percentage ingredient.
