Worked great for a few months but now all the phone calls are staticky. I cannot hear anyone. I’m very disappointed because I was loving this device but it didn’t last long.

I got these for two people in the office. One of the individuals hardly uses their phone and this still works perfectly for them. The other uses her phone all day, and the swivel just started crackling and losing sound quality so much so I had to remove the swivel. These are just under 2 months old. They are cheap and easy to install, but didn't last like I think they should.

Sure it is easy to install, just plug it in. Problem is that the Cord Detangler kept slipping out and causing static.

Works well for a couple months but then the detangler gets loose and the connection is lost for most of the calls. This causes the static on the phone line.

The cords on my office phone we're getting so tangled I was about to scream. These were snap to install and are just perfect Plus since there were two in the package I got one for my cubicle neighbor!

Was worried about all the rumors that the cord untangler piece distorts the call, nothing like that so far!
