Disappointing,
The unit itself functions OK. However, the software to link it to a (Windows 8.1) PC simply will not install. The support website only has minimal information or guidance, and there has been no response to an emailed request for assistance to the published support mailbox (Note: manufacturer is in China).. One of the main reasons for buying this product would have been to be able to show the trace results to my cardiologist. All I can now do is to take the unit with me to any future appointments in order to demonstrate any issues.

Good little monitor.
Had heart bypass surgery 15 years ago. Had a spell of lightheadedness and went to doc. Did ecg next day and said I needed a 24hour monitoring system. That was 2 months ago and still waiting. Fortunately heart seems to have got over its worrying 'wobble' but this little monitor shows my periodic irregular heartbeat and also very slow regular beat well and gives a good printout from pc. Quite costly but well worth it for the reassurance it gave me. You only have one life!
