BeSerene IR | GABA & L-Theanine | Instant Relief Topical Cream | 1.9 OZ

I originally bought this for my husband, who responds best to beer as a catalyst for sleep. He has always worked the late shift since he was 15 and recently got an early morning job, so his body isn't adjusting too well. Figuring that it was either the hops or the GABA in the beer that was making him drowsy, I tried making him some herbal tea blends with hops since I had some on-hand. It didn't do anything. So of course, to Amazon!I wasn't searching for a topical product but it aligned with his mentality that pills are bad, so I took a chance on it. Wowow this product W O R K S. Not just for my husband, but for me! I don't have trouble falling asleep, but I don't get good, deep sleep once I'm in that state. This cream fixes that issue completely! I feel so incredibly rested - provided I give myself time for 8 hours.I was sold on one reciew that mentioned they don't even remember falling asleep, and I must say that is exactly my experience as well! I started with 1 pump on my wrists and enjoyed the results, but the best rest comes from applying it to my temples! And I don't need very much when I apply it there compared to my wrists, so it's cost-saving too!If you are unsure on this one, I say take a chance. The worst that can happen is you lose some money, but I think that's better than losing sleep!!

A nice topical cream for quick relief. Received over night.

I really wanted to love this product - it has all kinds of wonderful calming ingredients and I like that it's a skin application and not one more pill to swallow. But to be honest, I can't tell a noticeable difference in my stress levels, anxiety, or calm when I use it. I realize that everyone's body is different, and I tend to not respond to things like melatonin, so it may just be me. But I won't be buying this again.

If you have trouble taking melatonin as I do this product seems to relax your mind and body allowing you to fall asleep and stay asleep for hours.GABA is known to help with sleep as is l-theanine and this easy to apply cream has both plus California poppy and other ingredients meant to calm a racing mind. It is very lightly scented and I have had no negative effects from the cream ingredients (there is a lengthy list of ingredients). I apply it about an hour before I want to fall asleep although the instructions suggest ten minutes.I wish it wasn’t as expensive as it is but, in the end, you pay for what you get. This cream calms your mind allowing you to fall asleep and restore your senses without using melatonin. It would be a great aid for those who have daytime anxiety because it is so easy to use.

The "Healthy Gut" BeSerene cream includes several ingredients that are known for their calming effects. Although for me, despite the product claims (not to mention other reviews) that this would provide relief within 10 minutes, I didn't notice any discernible effect on my calmness or relaxation. Perhaps I'm just too relaxed and cool as a cucumber (or too anxious and stressed and thus beyond hope for this product).Additionally, at $49 for just 1.9 ounces (at the time of the review), the cost seems disproportionate for the quantity. To put this in perspective, the quantity of the size of two shot glasses, or one eighth of one cup.While I appreciate the concept of a natural supplement designed to alleviate stress and anxiety, this didn't work for me. Perhaps it may work better for others, but for me, the high price point coupled with its lack of noticeable effects makes it difficult to justify.

It helped me fall asleep very quickly and peacefully. The first time I tried, it was in the middle of the night and I was just not going to go back to sleep. And with a very short period of time I was out and had an amazing night sleep. This product has worked for me consistently and reliably and it only takes a moment to apply.

This is a review for Healthy Gut Be Serene.I ordered this out of curiosity. I didn't believe that a cream could help you destress and relax or even help you get back to sleep. I was almost afraid to try it just in case it was true! So I did the safest thing possible, I used half the dosage before bedtime. As I sat in bed reading for a few minutes as I always do I was overcome by a feeling of "end of the day" relief. I never finished reading that page. In the morning, I found my book on the floor. I never have sleep problems but that night I had barely been in bed a few minutes before my lights went out and that was on half a dose. At the next opportunity I got brave and used a half dose in the middle of the day. It felt like i had a midday pause for a cup of tea! It did not make me sleepy but I did feel renewed and less stressed to continue the rest of the day. From that point I experimented with dosing depending on how stressed I was feeling.I like the idea of a topical cream. I can keep it in my purse and not worry it's going to spill like liquid drops. HealthyGut products are non GMO, they have no fillers and they use a cGMP facility. However, I don't see information about 3rd party lab testing. In my opinion that is probably the most important certification. you can have. Lastly, unfortunately these supplements from Healthy Gut are very overpriced especially lacking some important certifications. That really limits the customer base who will no doubt go elsewhere until they find an answer as the founders did in their 'story'. I am not so sure I will order this again but I can definitely recommend this "Be Serene Cream"
